New Year, New Updates for Murphy Rogers

As 2022 gets underway, Murphy Rogers is excited to share some developments at the Firm that have us looking ahead to a prosperous year.

In the fall of 2021, Murphy Rogers was pleased to welcome to two new Associate Attorneys to the Firm - Brittney Esie and Samuel Sands. Brittney is a 2020 graduate of Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, and she joined the Firm after having spent a year clerking in her hometown of Lafayette, Louisiana for the Honorable Marilyn C. Castle of the 15th Judicial District Court. Sam is a 2021 graduate of Tulane University Law School, where he was actively involved in moot court and Tulane’s pro bono program. The Firm is thrilled to have Brittney and Sam aboard!

Additionally, Tarryn Walsh has been elected a Director of the Firm, effective January 1, 2022. A graduate of Tulane University Law School, Tarryn joined Murphy Rogers in November of 2014, and in growing with the Firm, she has developed a civil litigation practice focused in various areas of maritime law, as well as insurance litigation, merchant and premises liability defense, and intellectual property.

Last but not least, the Firm is also pleased to share that Directors Gary Gambel, John Musser and Tarryn Walsh have been named to the 2022 Louisiana Super Lawyers list, while Director Tim DePaula was named to the 2022 Best Lawyers list in Admiralty and Maritime Law.
