Practice Areas: Ms. Rogers' practice has focused for the past twenty-one years on all of the major areas of admiralty and maritime law, including claims for cargo damage, charter party disputes, and other freight, demurrage, and defense matters, maritime personal injury and death claims, seaman wage claims,collisions, allisions and wavewash claims, involving not only commercial vessels, but also yachts and personal watercraft. In addition, a substantial portion of her practice has involved representing vessel owners,charterers and their underwriters before various federal administrative and regulatory bodies.
