Practice Areas: Ms. Rogers' practice has focused for more than thirty years on all of the major areas of admiralty and maritime law, including claims for cargo damage, charter party disputes, and other freight, demurrage, and defense matters, maritime personal injury and death claims, collisions, allisions and wavewash claims, involving not only commercial vessels, but also yachts and personal watercraft. In addition, a substantial portion of her practice has involved commercial litigation, class actions, insurance and casualty defense.
